Children can investigate fabulous examples of Central American rainforest Mola textiles from Panama, then use stuck applique to make Mola style pictures by building up layers of bright papers, fabrics or felt to create a stunning display. Day of the Dead skulls can be used to make beaded day of the dead mask puppets. Aztec images can be used for press print or wax resist designs.
